How Agape Works Alongside Your Hospice Team
Agape caregivers work directly alongside your hospice agency — following their guidance, communicating with your care coordinator, and keeping your family informed. We handle the personal care and presence so your family can focus on being together rather than managing tasks.
We can start with just a few hours a day and scale to around-the-clock support as needs change. There is no minimum commitment and no long-term contract.

Will Agape caregivers coordinate with our hospice nurse?
Yes. Our caregivers follow the hospice team’s guidance and communicate directly with your care coordinator. We support their plan — we don’t duplicate or conflict with it.
What if our needs change as the condition progresses?
We adjust. Many families start with a few hours of daily support and move to 24-hour care as the situation evolves. We reassess regularly and respond to what your family actually needs.
